Herbert C. Kemp President and Chief Executive Officer As OneAlpha's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kemp is responsible for planning and executing the corporation's business operations. Mr. Kemp brings a solid track record of success in leading, developing and growing large, technically complex organizations. Most recently (2003-2011), Herb Kemp served as a Vice President at SRA International, where he led global business operations providing C2, ISR, IO, Cyber, and R&D support to the Air Force and other DoD clients. Prior to this (2001-2003), Herb Kemp served as Vice President and Manager, C4ISR Operations Division, the largest operating division at Adroit Systems, Inc. Mr. Kemp served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1973-2001 retiring in the rank of Colonel. In his last assignment, he served as Deputy Director for Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Headquarters USAF. He was responsible for directing the functional and programmatic management of operational Air Force surveillance and reconnaissance programs worldwide, totaling $1.8 Billion annually. |
John P. Casciano Major General, USAF (Ret) Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Board As Chairman, Mr. Casciano chairs the Board of Directors and the Board of Advisors for OneAlpha. As Executive Vice President, he acts as the corporation's chief strategist, responsible for advising the CEO on the general direction of the corporation. Mr. Casciano brings a wealth of industry experience, having served as President and CEO of GrayStar Associates LLC; President and CEO of OMNISEC International Investigations, Inc.; COO of Lexis-Nexis Special Services, Inc. (LNSSI); Director of the National Capital Area operation for Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corp; Senior Vice President and Manager of the Enterprise Security Solutions Group for SAIC; senior vice president/strategic business unit director at TASC. Mr. Casciano retired from the United Stated Air Force in 1999 after a 32-year career that focused on intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, information operations and security.
